About me
My passion has always been animals and I started my career qualifying as a Veterinary Nurse and then continued to work in the veterinary profession for many years both in the pharmaceutical industry and then in practice management.
I have had the pleasure of owning animals since a young age which have included dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hens, hamsters, tortoises, terrapins, newts and even a salamander.
I have been lucky enough to own horses for many years and currently share my life with Frisbee, my Irish Draught mare, who has now retired from affiliated dressage and my warmblood youngster, Winston, who l have backed myself and have now started competing. I adore dogs and have competed in obedience years ago when I owned the most handsome German Shepherd. More recently I have competed in dog agility with my adorable Jack Russell Terrier, Miss Nellie. Training a terrier is not without its challenges but somehow we not only managed to win out of Grade 1 but we then achieved the required two wins to also qualify us out of Grade 2. Once in Grade 3 yet again Miss Nellie did not disappoint and, after two wins at this level, she has now retired. What a star!
As a pet owner myself, I understand how difficult it can be to find someone experienced that is reliable and that you can trust with your precious pets.
I am based in Westerham and Sevenoaks and cover all surrounding areas including Brasted, Tatsfield, Sundridge, Shoreham, Seal, Dunton Green, Otford, Kemsing and Chipstead.
If you would like to know more or would like to discuss your pet’s individual requirements, please feel free to call me for an informal and friendly chat.
